This bait is made from the cedar Cranky Nitro body. It has a metal lip instead of a lexan lip. A screw eye is added to the back for a spinner blade. The bait is intended to run nose down with the tail barely breaking the surface. It can be run deeper like a regular crankbait. The blade flops back and forth.
The idea belongs to an older friend, Rodde Brekke. Rodde made a bait called the Brekke Bait on a limited basis. He isn't producing the bait and with his permission we took the concept and applied it to our Nitro body.
